The three alternative ways to handle the human resource management issue presented are as below:

·       In-house management: The one of the approach for management of the human resource in the organization is to have the in-house team of HR department, who manages the HRM related work and activities in the organization. Most of the organizations are executing the human resource management work in house based on their requirements.

·       Out sourcing to external core competent service providers: The other alternative way to outsource the human resource management work to the third party, who are expert and having the core competency in human resource management related area and providing their services to various organization in the market like ADP group. This approach will have price setting for the human resources management work and organization can pay to these outsourcing group for their organizational work.

·       Partially outsourcing and partially in-house management: The third alternative approach is to partially outsource the human resource management work to third party and partially managing the work in house, so that some of the work can be managed in house based on the routine work requirements and some of the specialized work can be outsourced to external core competent vendors/suppliers.
