Possible two courses of action which Universal Studios could take in order to distinguish its Orlando theme park from that of Disney World are as below

Introduction of Children based world class play games facility better than Disney World: Children play games are the highest attraction of children towards the theme parks. So Universal Studio needs to have world class children games environment at the Orlando Theme Part, then it will be better move to become better place than the Disney World. The children games facilities should be better than the Disney World.

This course of action will be superior because if children based play game zone is available, then it will have high influences on the children and they will push their parents to visit the Orlando theme park to enjoy the world class games facility.

Higher marketing in the global market to become preferred place than Disney World: Marketing is the big factor that create a better awareness and influences on the consumers and can have buying impacts on the consumers towards the products/services based on the effective marketing. Thus Universal studio needs to have larger and effective marketing in the global market to create high brand for the Orlando theme part and in comparison of the Disney World.

This course of action will be superior because if we explore marketing effectively, then it will have super impacts on the target population and we can expect better results in terms of higher acceptance from the target population in the global market.

We would like to recommend the “World class children play game facility” will be the preferred approach for the Orland Theme Park, because the impact it can create on the Universal Studio will be tremendous and they can have larger success on the business model. The children are so influencive that they can make a bigger impact on public pull at the Orlando theme part and can result in great success for the business group.
