1. It is important to find opportunity for communication in order to learn about similarities and differences among the team members. It would also help in identifying strength and weaknesses of each other. Therefore during activities that require entire team effort, members would be able to compensate for each other's weakness with their own strength. Resulting in better performance of the entire team.
2. During lunch session the team members can also share their previous experiences with regards to the project for which the team has been assigned. Individual experiences helps in developing the current process and eliminating the error that has been done in past by the team member.
3. Such informal meeting session would also help in building long term relationship which would help in future prospect of the team member.
