The most common factor which is verified responsible for the quitting of jobs from an organisation. If relationship between an employee and boss is not good then there would be no proper communication and a feeling of anger as well as a non productive work environment. If an employee does not like a boss then he would not be working under him as he will get his work and does payment or rewards even after working hard hence he leaves the organisation

Boredom at work is also one of the main reasons for quitting of an employee, an employee who is highly creative and possess innovative qualities cannot stay in a boring working environment hence to find a better working environment he quit from the current organisation.
