The company I would like to work at is Amazon

1. Amazon has a strict hiring process with tremendous focus on their value and culture. When I went through the information and experience of candidates from Glassdoor, I found that the interviewers’ main focus is to find people with cultural fit. They look for people who have entrepreneurial mindset. They have fourteen leadership principles and assess candidates based on these to determine the cultural fit.

2. I used Amazon official job website and read through their cultural values. In addition, I checked Glassdoor to study the interview patterns and the type questions asked. Next I checked LinkedIn to find out the type of profile that get selected at Amazon.

3. I have the requisite technical skills that is necessary to work at Amazon. In addition, I am hardworking and fast learning. So I believe that if my resume shows my entrepreneurial attitude towards problem solving, I should be able to attract the interest from their recruiters.
