Explanation / Answer

1. A leader can influence the way people think and perceive things by exerting his transformational leadership. They are inspiring, are visionaries, the torchbearers of new and improved society. Most striking feature of this leadership is the clarity of vision that they possess. The third aspect of toxic leadership i.e. conducing environment do try to instable their vision, but the instinct and courage of transformational leader fares past such negatives. Barrack Obama is one great example of transformational leader. Their clarity of vision and thought process and their persuasive skills help in influencing the followers towards his ideologies.

2. Skills are basically the capabilities of an individual. The processual nature, influencing power as well group context setting skills are some of the capabilities, which makes a leader unique and popular. Hence skills approach lets the 3 to be integrated as the great qualities and skills that a leader must possess to make his leadership popular as well as effective.

3. Impoverished management belongs to that leader who intends to lay minimum efforts in work, just to maintain relationship with the team and clients. The leader will be least interested in maintaining project deadlines as well as employee satisfaction.

In my views, this aspect cannot be desirable for the organization as it will lead to various deadlines being missed and increasing the employee turnover rate. Hence, business process of the company will get adversely impacted.

4. If the leader tries to align his thought process as well as working style as that of the majority of team, the outliers or the ones who are different may start considering this as a biased treatment at the hands of the leader.
