H & R Group has not had any applicants with disabilities apply for server jobs in the past, however, Ms. Cold is concerned that the company must be ready for the likelihood that it will happen at some time in the future. Also, the previous selection measures did not include a method for evaluating the training and experience of servers for the job. Ms. Cold would like you to:
Prepare a memo outlining what you would need to diagnose in the current selection program to be sure H & R Group is in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act.
Compose a rating form to be used in evaluating the training and experience of applicants for the job of server. The form must include:

Minimum qualifications for each task; and
The applicant rating.
Part 2 Deliverable Directions
After you have conducted the necessary research, prepare an intra-office memorandum to the Human Resource Director in which you address compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. Your memo:
Must be formatted using the elements of an inter-office memorandum: the Heading, which will include To: (who it will be addressing, From: (the memorandum will be written by you), Date: (date in which the memorandum is written), and the Re: (what the memorandum is in regards to).
Must be typewritten in Times New Roman or Arial 12-point font, and with 1-inch margins.
Must be at least 1-2 pages in length.
Must include a minimum of two scholarly and credible sources (not including the text book).

Americans with disabilities act (ADA) is the most important part of United States of America which protect people with disabilities for discrimination in United States within several important areas.
These specific listed areas are as follows.
Local and state government services
Public places
Employment
Transportation
Telecommunication
Any person living inside United States of America who is physically or mentally impaired or have any kind of limitation to do any major light activity with a supportive document or record of impairment is eligible for Americans with disability act. By taking in the consideration about your disability at the peak point, americans with disability act decide the specific involvement of the individual in the Act.
Some examples of included disabilities for ADA are as follows.
Alcohol
Blindness
Cancer
Diabetes
Migraine
Muscular dystrophy
Paralysis
Complications from pregnancy
Tuberculosis
Loss of any body part
By having any of the above listed factors one can qualify for Americans with disability act which helps to reduce the overall discrimination at different places. All of the people involved in ADA are eligible for accommodation or adjustment in the workplace with proper had to impairment. It could have flexible modified work schedules or different training programs for the employees as well as making workplace more accessible for the people with disabilities.
Special accommodation for ladies are also present in public services such as public transport or hospitals which increases the overall level of life for the people having disabilities in United States of America.
