Social media has become very powerful source of media. It is very much targeted and reaches the target customers very quickly. Due to advancement in technology and people becoming highly tech savvy,it has become quite appropriate media. Taking the case of hotels. The marketer can reach the target group of customers instantly through social media. Moreover, the customers go through the review given by other visitors and then take a decision to book a hotel.
