There was an intermingling of the information systems of the both the organization and this resulted in nthe decr5ease of service rates across the parent company. This happen because of the delay in the transaction speed of services in which the data was doubled. This future resulted in increased processing time to serve the customers. These are some of the unintended consequences that are normally generated by the dynamic complexity. Some of the other unintended consequences were also that the entire MIS had to be updated accordingly to collalorate for both the organizations and help in improving the results.

Introduction of a new digital advertising strategy over a period of time replaced traditional advertising and the budget spends and the industry associated with traditional marketing faced a downturn and a subsequent slump. This was not obvious initially but slowly the traditional marketing method was overturned.

The world is complex and there is too much data to analyze and study accurately as changes occur too fast. Further, the impact of today’s decision on future business is difficult to visualize.

2). "When the same action has different effects in the short run and the long run there is dynamic complexity."

Any new technological innovation will create a sudden growth in business but in the long run, the product will be replaced by newer innovations and this technology will decline or die out. For example, the traditional cameras disappeared after the advent of digital photography and innovation of high-quality inbuilt cameras in the phones.

Dynamic complexity looks at the whole picture and focuses on the feedback relationship and the impact of a business decision that drives behavior in the end.
