Organization behaviour is the study of human behaviour, values and beliefs, attitude etc. Organization behaviour is not a science but the study of human behaviour. We knows everything about organization behaviour inherently, but we study this course to get aware of formerly. If we use our common sense effectively, we don’t even need to study organization behaviour as a subject.
