Recent technological advances has totally changed the healthcare landscape. Hospitals are giving the look of starred hotels. For almost all the treatments packages are standardize and offered across the counters. Technological advances have paved the way to consult expert doctors even without visiting them with the help of internet. Robotic instruments and user friendly laser have converted the difficult operations into reality. Time required for treatments and post operation/treatment care time has been reduced to great extend,
Increasingly awareness about the dieseases/ailments and the cost of treatment pushing the persons towards various types of mediclaim insurance plans, periodic health check-ups. Governments are participating in the healthcare programmes by way of providing necessary help to the needypoor patients for treatment on the one side and also towards prevention of occurence of ailments.
Technological advances has brought a see change in the kind of persons and skill sets needed for the healthcare sector as compared to old set up of doctors , nurses and technicians.etc.

a All possible channels of communication I would like to use to direct the supporting staff to handle the responsibility of eligibility and verification. Use of close circuit cameras, video recordings may be useful.
b Choice between staff and patient, I would like to take possible help from patient but primarily go for staff.
c Firstly, the signed copy/ copies of agreement between patient, third party and facilities providers. Undertaking from the third party about its commitments specifically about financial.
d Pursuation and making him aware about the pros and cons with the evalution of alternatives will work.
