How will the question of what constitutes effective leadership be answered during the conference?
To answer this question focus should be on constitutes which leads towards the effective
leadership. These constitutes should be properly identified through thorough study of past
literature on leadership
The answer to the question needs to be about what leads towards effective leadership,
How will the lack of congruence among leadership researchers be resolved or reconciled?
Even though there are different opinions all of the researchers agree on the basic elements of leadership, conference needs to be focus on those elements that they all have in common
What will be specific subject content of the conference?
Because the conference is about lidership the subject should be : " Leadership" or " Study of Leadership"
Who will the instructors be?
Instructors should be liders on their place of work, I would recommend upper management executives or directors who have a long career of success so they can tell their own storires , how they manage to achieve leadership
