What is the total process velocity?

I'm thinking 8/3? But does that make sense?

Repair time for first computer = 3 hours (8-11)

Repair time for second computer = 2 hour+ 3 hour = 5 hour

Repair time for third computer =3 Hours+ 5 hour = 8 hour

Total throughput time = 16 hour
