In Research work, focus is on primary research that gives fresh and latest information , a must for any business. It requires collaboration with external stakeholders as they offer the necessary inputs to help us formulate strategies or bring in innovative services.

To accomplish the strategy to come up with new product and services , I will conduct research to identify the demand and gap analysis for products and services in health care services. To do this , I will conduct primary research as well as secondary research.
In secondary research, I will find data / information available online, journals and already published research.
In primary research, I will conduct a research survey and for this I will prepare a questionnaire. I will select a sample size, depending upon the focus area of my work or target market.
Through, that questionnaire, I will collect data suitable for further multivariate analysis.
Besides, I will also make a pool of experts of healthcare industry without telling them about each other. I will send them a questionnaire for their views regarding the industry trends and consumer preferences. I will also conduct interview of my existing sales force to know their opinion.
After all the above exercises, I will form a conclusion on the basis of all the different type of research and opinions and come out with new product and services.
