For providing information on feedback to the managers using interactive methods such as presentations and providing information about the case studies would be the most appropriate way to inform the managers. As managers already have understanding of many managerial situations, putting them into different cases as well as providing them scenario by using interactive services such as a digital learning would be the most appropriate approach for providing instructions. Using projection systems and visual information would be most appropriate for the managers to understand different situations and to act accordingly.
I would want a room setup with multiple projectors as well as availability of different white screens. As we have to train 100 managers scenarios availability of clear projection systems at a certain difference would be the most appropriate requirement. This would increase understanding of the managers as clear visual effect the human brain for improving understanding the visual provided for the training.
I would take three sessions and all of the sessions would include all of the managers as this would provide similar education to all the managers in terms of training. By using different projector availability in the room. This type of approach would ensure similar and informative training with no special difference to each and every manager. All of the specific sessions would be repeated three times to ensure understanding to the managers as well as one session with open questions would also be presented for improving understanding of the managers as well as clearing the doubts.
