I would select United States of America as and location for my company. Our company would be designing the product in United States of America and manufacturing its parts in China as overall labour cost and other factors are very cost-effective as compared to the American manufacturing facilities.
As America is moving towards highly fragile digital market. Artificial intelligence has been very effective in the specific market segment of United States of America. This TV would be definitely appreciated by people as America has a very wide market for Artificial Intelligence based devices.
Local factors such as awareness regarding new technologies and interest of the new generation would provide a positive impact on the overall sales of our organisation and improve the sales in United States of America. Artificial intelligence based televisions would create forgetting marketing impact on the company's portfolio as people are switching to smart televisions. People would be switching to the smart television in the specific country as well.
Globally, these factors are also influencing different countries and artificial intelligence is being called as technology of tomorrow. It is being incorporated in mobile phones and other devices. Which type of approach would definitely provide positive impact on the company's overall operating structure and expanding it to different countries could not be tough as this type of technology is already been adopted by many countries. I would definitely shift all of my manufacturing department to Outsourcing units in China. How to think would provide better cost and profits to my organisation and would enable me to gain more from the same organisational environment.
