Ans:- Some of the major ethical dilemmas of a leader are:-

a). The challenge to integrate ethics on a day to day working. For example:- To achieve the target a leader need to create pressure on team, which might be unethical.

b). Another dilemma could be to go along with team on every decision. But a leader could have his own opinion on an issue.

c). The ethical dilemma could arise when a leader joins another firm. In this case the sharing of crucial information about earlier company to the new company can be unethical.

d). The ethical dilemma could also arise if a leader is highly motivated to achive his goal and he tries to restructure the team as per need. For example:- In aviation industry the cabin crew members are selected based on their looks and physical fitness which can be unethical.
