Explanation / Answer

In my view , diversity is a process of having various types of people , product , services , languages, culture, religion , caste , race , ethnicity etc. within an organization. It helps an organization to get :

1) New ideas and thoughts for business growth and development

2) a competitive work environment where everyone is trying to achieve the expected level of performance standards.

3) People having various types of experience and expertise.

4) Easier decsion making

5) Organizational reach will be wider as a brand name.

6) People led multi - level of performance achievement in many unrelated areas like some one will be excellent in sales and marketing at the same time a different person will be best in liaison with government officials.

7) People effectively accept the change initiated by the organization .

My attitude can be described in the following manner:

1) Honest and simple towards people:

As a manager in such a work place environment, i will be honest to get support from various nationals. I will never misguide to the people who will be work under my supervision .

2) Positive look towards work and people : My attitude is positive towards assigned task to me. I always look towards my subordinates as a source of strengths and abilities to whom any task will be easier to accomplish.

3) Diversity will be utilized to get competitive advantage:

I will provide constant motivation to my support staffs who will achieve bigger goals with respect to competitors at the workplace. I will hire those people who will work hard to get incentives and additional benefits from my organization .
