Questions can be asked to HR ( human resource person) ,about kind of culture following in company, ethics and values, compliance, customers service policies etc. Questions can also asked to reporting manager about the work timing, and usual dress code, detailing about work profile, expectation, training to be attended if any etc.

Trust can be build through proper communication, interpersonal skill development, align to the work requirement, friendly or casual talk to create better rapport with the team, understanding the requirement , get along with them .by develiveing qyality of work, taking proper knowledge related to work from thrm within the stipulated time.
