These features are not currently part of the bakery that I visit. This is because I believe that innovation and social responsibility is something that the baker should need to have more focus on. The baker is more content in what they have. In other words, they are satisfied with the revenue of the bakery. Hence, they do not want to improvise on the products. Additionally, I observed that they stick to the old traditional ways of making the products.
Absolutely, consumers welcome new and innovative products. Also, shortening of the phos is good to the health of the consumers. Since consumers prefer to be fit and healthy, the products with these features would be a great hit if I or someone else produce such products.
