New York City has several bicycle delivery services that will pick up a package from an office and deliver it to another office in a different building on the same day. This service is less expensive and quicker than using a large package shipping company like Federal Express or UPS. Your company needs to choose a bicycle delivery service to use. Your supervisor has given you the following criteria to use when choosing a service: The service must pick up in 30 minutes or less. Delivery must be completed in less than 4 hours from pickup. Additionally, the service should be reliable, have a reasonable cost, and have a good reputation.
You have ranked three services in the table below. Use this data, and the problem description above, to:

Create a table similar to my homework example (2-2 OWOQ Ex) that contains all the bicycle delivery services, all the measures, and shows whether each service qualifies to do business, whether the values should be high or low to be more desirable, and which service has the advantage based on each measure.

Go time and Paper Chasers qualify on the given criteria of pickup time and delivery time. Bikes r us does not qualify on delivery time which needs to be less than 4 hours. It is assumed that Reliability, cost and reputation of both the companies are acceptable ( despite Go times' rating on 1 on cost).
Order winner is clearly Paper Chaser which has good pickup time, less delivery time and reasonably good ratings on reliability, cost and reputation.
