Global warming is the global issue that I want to address in this write-up. Global warming is basically an increase in the earth’s overall temperature gradually, which is basically a result of the greenhouse effect. This global warming has also led to humongous climate change causing rainfall in a desert like Dubai.

The various ways in which the world has come together to lower the rate of global warming are:
Globalization has paced the rate of global warming. Increased level of globalization has increased the pace of tree cutting, replenishment of natural resources, shortage of water and increase in CO2 emissions in the atmosphere, which has ultimately resulted in global warming.
If we were not a globalized society, then the rate at which pollution is increasing would have been low and thus the rate of global warming would also be low. Globalization led to many reforms, aimed to make human life better and easier but it has led to increase in carbon emissions, which ultimately resulted in higher rate of global warming.
Understanding globalization and the negative impacts that it has done to the environment is critical to implement counter measures to reduce the impact. The awareness of the ill-effects has led the society to take several measures to tackle the consequences that have been caused by global warming and pollution.
Every individual needs to contribute his or her part for reducing the rate and impact of global warming and thus, for the betterment of society as a whole. At individual level, efforts can be taken to keep house as well as society clean, doing less wastage of resources and implementing ways to keep the pollution at bay.
