Define perception in your own words and provide at least three items that shape the way we perceive the world.

We as people have multiple presenting selves. Explain whether you feel this behavior is acceptable or dishonest and why.

Identify one specific method of sending information through mediated communication and then identify two positive aspects and two negative aspects of mediated communication.

Sympathy is feeling sorry for the situation someone else is experiencing. Empathy is attempting to experience the other person’s situation. What is a person who empathizes with another attempting to understand and how does this affect their ability to communicate effectively with the other person?

1st part:

Perception is the ability to make sense that is seen or heard from the environment. It is the way to understand and to identify the meaning of the information provided so to present that information to the environment.

The three items that have shaped the way are:

1. Attitudes

2. Experiences and

3. Motives

2nd part:

Yes, it is acceptable because multiple people may have different presenting selves. It will vary from people to people, the perception will have different views and identification in all respect. But, the main thing that needs to be bothered is the way that the perception is being analyzed in a right and fittest way, otherwise, the outcome may not come positive in any way.

3rd part:

Online media is the specific method in which the information can be sent through mediated communication. Especially, the social media is one of the best ways to send the information.

The information can be seen and identified by multiple people who can share their positive and negative feedbacks.

Positive feedback:

1. It will create a special acceptance among everyone

2. It will boost the process to function better by encouraging others to participate in the same

Negative feedback:

1. It will bring the new development process by constructing the implementation process.

2. Negative feedback will build new technologies and methodologies to structure with major improvements

4th part:

While empathizes, the person absorbs the other people emotions. It gives the sense that how others are feeling so that in a better way they can correctly respond to the situation.

It needs an active communication with the other person and requires a major control to regulate one’s emotion. To understand others in a right way it is necessary to perform a lot of research works so that they can be helped appropriately by understanding the situation. Reading other emotions needs the ability to communicate effectively with the other person who needs helping behavior for understanding their feelings and with the good communication ideas it will make sense to communicate with them by understanding the correct action to speak and respond appropriately with them.
