The library lends books, CDs, Journal papers, and documents to the students/faculty and others (let us call them members). Within the library there is an interlibrary loan division that borrows books, Journal papers and documents from other libraries in the case the library does not have a book, Journal paper or document that members request. Once a member posts its requisition in a standard format for the books/Journal paper or documents that are not available in the Joyner, they start borrowing process. When the borrowed books and journal papers arrive, the library lends or loans them to the members. Identify internal and external customers for these the Library transactions.
