7-i- In the point-system method of job evaluation, the appropriate authority consider the factors like Skill- Experience, Education, Ability, Responsibility- Fiscal and Supervisory, Effort-Mental and Physical and Working condition-Locations, Hazards and Extreme Environment for making job evaluation plan. The purpose of job evaluation is to assess the job on which scale and degree it will fit in the organization. Salary and level is decided after doing job evaluation. Job analysis is detrmination of requisition of the job and whom and how to fill the position. It also deals with overall job description and functional apsect of the job.

ii- In point-system, each factors are assigned points and jobs are arranged according to the overall points it accrued.

iii-In most of the job it is difficult to ascertain piece of a work and rate to be provided for that work. Piece rate system can be best fit for manufacturing organization where output can be quntify and in those jobs of service sectors where piece can be measured like teaching, content writting, barber, lawyers etc. To make the process simple standard hour plan is commonly used by most organization.

iv- Wage incentive plan is installed in the system to motivate the employees and make them more productive. We know that apart from other factors money is the most motivating factor for any employee to do a job. This plan failure because to achieve the incentive structure employees forget to mention quality and some employee do not perform upto their potential when they get to know that they won't achieve the incentive level.
