No. of hours per shift: 8 hours
No of days per year: 180 days
8 hours for 1 shift and 16 hours for two shifts per day
16*180= 2880 hours in an year
Total No. of hours worked = 2880
Applying 25% cushion capacity, 2880- (0.25*2880)= 2160 hours
Kites Wind Socks
Lots Required 32000/25= 1280 15000/70= 214.285
Time to Setup 1280*3= 3840 214.285*4=857.14
Time to process 32000*0.3=9600 15000*0.8=12000
Total Time Required 9600+3840= 13440 12000+857.14=12857.14
Total of both KItes and wind socks= 13440+12857.14= 26,297.14
Total Machines required= 26,297.14/2160= 12.17= 12 machines
