After you make your original post, read the analysis posted by each of the other people in your group. Using approximately 150 words, respond to the poster's analysis of the case (particularly their suggestions), provide a different perspective on the case, clarify thinking about the case, or question the original poster's thoughts on the case. 5. Here's the catch...n order to provide ample time for interaction, you must make your initial post by Sunday at 11 am. If you post after 11 am, then you will not be eligible for credit for interaction posts. 6. You are not required to interact with any group member that makes his/her initial discussion post after 6pm on Sunday. You can if you choose, but you won't lose points if you don't. The problem of the company discussed here is for Tesco. It is related to problems related to coping with international expansion. It faced troubles with building market share internationally.
Solution can be making smart moves for the expansion in Korean market. There were troubles faced by the company for embracing the Korean ways with the help of local business operations and operating stores. Tesco employed Koreans as staff and used I telling entrepreneurs strategy in Seoul for winning the hearts of Korean customers with loyalty cards.
The problem is a product design firm which faced troubles finding quantitative research partner. It had qualitative research expertise and it wanted to focus on combining qualitative and quantitative findings.
