The family settled in North Carolina, settling down in a trailer. They soon came to the attention of a local builder, who started a charity that eventually raised enough money for her to receive a transplant at Duke Medical Center. The procedure went terribly wrong, leading to severe and irreversible brain damage. This is a case of faulty communication and negligence by medical department. Jessica suffered a lot due to miscommunication and many wrong treatments have been done on her. The doctors gave the organs with wrong blood group which is the primary cause for the damage. The parents fled into another country without permissions which might have turned very dangerous for the girl if found out. The transplant also went terribly wrong and caused permanent damage to the girl. The doctors who need to try till the end tried to get out of the fauld done by them by stopping the treatment and resulting in the deathof the patient. . In the end a girl is victim of negligence by the medical department itself .
