a- Eagon Guba discussed how public policy and decision to go to war with Iraq was interrelated. USA invaded Iraq in 2003 under the presidentship of George W. Bush to dismantle Saddam Husain regime.The decision of USA to goes on war have significant ramification on the public policy. It is the exclusive jurisdiction of the executive to decide on that matter and by analysing all the facets they decided to attact Iraq.War cost a lot and the exchequer have to borne enormous expendtiture due to the war.
