A. Suppose, the key position identified for recruitment is Marketing Manager. Marketing manager is a major person responsible for handing the overall marketing activities of the company. This position comes under the major heads of the organizations structure i.e. Finance, Marketing, Han resources and Operations. The last marketing manager has left the company and without a manager the team is diverted and confused. Therefore, to hire a marketing manager is very important and required urgently.

B. Internal factors like internal hiring and competition and externa factors like competition in the market, number of applications, Talent pool, Outsourcing, etc. also impacts hiring and selection process. To keep our organization apart from marketplace, we can attract candidates through their LinkedIn profiles and only shortlist candidate son their profiles basis of experience and qualifications. It will reduce the time and cost in recruitment process. The polled candidate sill be then interviewed personally.

C. Types of people targeted are those who have good experience and knowledge in marketing file and who have already worked with good company’s at managerial level and have minimum experience of 4-5 years at managerial level.
