Developing a positive attitude starts from learning to believe in one’s self. In order to believe in ourselves, we must first understand our personal strengths. the definition of attitude is: the total and whole personal characteristics or personality of a person. It can be also said as a state of mind of people towards anything how they act, react, receive, behave, and so on. and also can be defined as person's beliefs and feelings towards something. Attitude remains the same for a longer periods untill it motivated by some external forces or things. It is the personality which reflects a person's behavior in different conditions and time periods.
Personality can be described as the whole of an individual reacts and interacts with external world in any conditions. Personality defines a person's attitude in general. Positive attitude is the one where always reflects with positive, progressive and realistic thoughts, without harming anyone by intentionally or accidentally. Honesty and integrety are the two sides of positive attitude. on the opposit, negative attitude is the one which always reflects with destructive thoughts, pessimisting feelings and the people felt that they are nothing. There is no use of this kind of people to society and to self also. No one likes these kind of people in fact.
By interacting with others, we can come to understand others which kind of people they are. The interview pannel, who have rich experience in many dimensions, with practical experience, may interacts with many people may get the expertise. Most of the times they assess others correctly and select the right one only.
The people who have right and positive attitude becomes assets to the firm. the create value to the firm with their actions, experience and expertise. These people also motivate others in order to accomplish their goals.
Hence, attitude is the unique characteristic which defines a person,in terms of who is he, which kind of person he/she is, how they interact with external world, what they expects and offer to others and so on. So, organizations run for people who have positive attitude who lift their organization to new hights.
