The results - The quizzes are designed to assess the awareness of a individual about the history, customs, language, demography, people, social interactions,communities and religions, cultures and beliefs of a particular country.

The aim is to know the land and its people better so as not to feel alienated when he /she comes face to face and socialize with the locals.
I took the quizzes about India and Pakistan, which happened to be the part of united India under the British rule. The quiz about India assesses one's understanding of the demography of the land, its communities and how they interact with each other socially, culturally and informally. It gives a fair idea of what is right and what is wrong when it comes to customs of Indian subcontinent. The quiz also touches the history and traditions of the country with basic information on religious beliefs. Quiz about Pakistan assesses History, societal features, religion and beliefs, customs and social structure of the country.

As a manager, one's bonding with his employees in a multicultural environment needs him / her to be culturally aware and sensitive. He needs to know the societies, beliefs, customs, people, their way of interaction with the world, religious feelings and traditions, to know them better and create an environment of communal and cultural harmony, tolerance and sensitivity, with an ultimate aim of bulding a great team with high degree of cultural sensitivity and tolerance and contribute to the success of the organization.
