2. What organizational choices did you make when writing your abstracts? What principles do you plan to use in organizing the abstracts in your Guide? What about the organization of the Table of Contents and other front matter?--how do you foresee organizing them?

3. What strategies for organization might you employ to make your document more effective? Why?

4. Can you relate any experiences in your life or jobs in which you've confronted either very badly organized material (what was the problem?) or exceptionally well-organized material? (What was done well?)

Explanation / Answer

Internet resource guide is an important tool which helps to look for information about anything. It is difficult to look for an organization which does not have homepage. Going through search engine returns can also get very tome consuming. Here internet resource guide becomes helpful and organization is important in this case as it is the crux of the guide. Organizations help to establish the need for internet resource guide. Organization is important important in internet resource guide as the information needs to be presented in efficient and effective manner. If it is not presented effectively then it is not useful for people looking up for the information. Organization helps to look up for the information faster and does not make it time consuming. It becomes effective with better planing and organized system.

While presenting information for table of contents I made choice to present information in an effective manner taking into account the font size and its readibility. Even the font and structure was presented in a manner which could be easily recognizable in print. The table of content were arranged with easy to read structure. I can recall an incident during my internship when I had to work with a group for presentation. We had to work together on separate topics and come together to merge the pieces. However the information presented by one of the team members I had to collaborate with was improperly organized. The project did not have numbering, proper table of content. It did not even have information presented in clear and concise manner
