Social Media: Social media is the fasted growing approach for communication in personal as well as professional environments. Social media tools like whats-apps, Face-book, Twitter, Instagram etc are all the key tools for social media and are ebing heavily used by the people.
Social media are mostly used by mobile phones as they are quick and can easily access at any point of time in the day or night.
Today social media has become the need of communication among people and it will be continue for longer time duration.
Technical situation (Securities): the current technical situations are not great and they do not have the adequate level of securities associated in the social media technologies and softwares. Thus there are huge chances of misuse of the organizational information especially confidential information. Thus social media can make the problem for the firms in managing their confidential informations and can easily be leaked from the organization to outside world.
Actions to manage technical situations in social media: We need to initiate necessary actions so that we can avoid the issues resulting due to fewer technical situations of the social media. We need to have robust plan of actions so that we can avoid any major issues due to use fo social media in the organization.
