Vision statement: “ To help our clients to meet their goals through our people, service and solutions.”
Core ideology: Core ideology of Infosys is to reduce unnecessary wastage of human resource by using technology to automate repetitive work.
Envisioned future: Infosys wants to be largest back office automation company in the world. It want to be technological giant who would help every company to increase their profits.
BHAGs: BHAG means how do we do business, the way we are perceived in the industry and possibly industry itself.
Infosys is know for its technology, Many companies view Infosys has back office technology giant who help companies to increase profit and accuracy by implementing IT infrastructure.
Vivid description: Infosys is an technology enabler, Infosys implements technological infrastructure for most of the top companies in the world.
Does your organization help to drive change?
Yes, my organization helps to drive changes by reducing usage of unnecessary manpower who can be utilized for other key projects. Infosys also helps in reducing errors in the system by replacing human with technology their by eliminating human error.
