a) Corporate factor rating scores will be sum of scores of various factors for each location

A = 9+6+3+5+4+5+6 = 38

B = 6+6+8+6+7+5+7 = 45

C = 6+7+7+5+8+4+8 = 45

Both B & C are equally good

b) Scores will be as:

A = 9*2+6+3+5*2+4+5+6 = 52

B = 6*2+6+8+6*2+7+5+7 = 57

C = 6*2+7+7+5*2+8+4+8 = 56
