Under the PPACA employers will be required to provide health benefits for employees working 30 hours or more or pay a fine.
Answer 1) : Yes, health care reforms are good for employees in the United States because these reforms will help the poor labor and employees to get better health services and they can be better cured from their diseases of health issues. Overall this is good initiative in support of people specially the poor people or low earning people who are working in the organizations and their pay are so small that they cannot expense for their required medical/health services. This initiative in US will direct other nations to explore similar health related facilities.
Answer 2) : Yes, the health care reforms are good for companies in the United States as well because of following reasons as
· These services will help the employers to maintain good health of labor or employees and their families and labors/employees will be free from health/ medical issues.
· These services will help the labor or employee additional motivation to work in the organization, as it supports for health of them and their families.
· The employer / companies will not have many expenses for supporting the medical services. They can easily explore the medical insurance policies and they will get large discounts due to large group of employees.
· This will be treated as a noble act of the employer/company and will bring positive image in the society.

Answer 3) : Health care reform is such a controversial topic because healthcare is not comes under the direct liability of any organization or government. Health management is not a prime responsibility of any organization/ employer/government etc. This is purely the responsibility of the individual. But government wants to push that if organization or employers can take some liability and supports their employees, then it will be a noble action by that group and overall it will help in supporting the people, society and nation. Health management will improve the productivity of the nation.
