I completely agree with the fact that being multilingual, international schooling, and marrying a foreigner are not mandatory to create an international lifestyle, instead ability and hard work can be considered as important along with proper planning and creativity as well. As a manager, managing diversity is important and individuals need to do the same in order to be successful and acclaimed globally. Managing and understanding diversity is the key which needs to be handled effectively which will make situations better and develop them accordingly based on relationships established.
