1. Building Blocks that which are mentioned below were very important for the successful leadership. Among them some are most important which plays a crucial role in the leadership. According to my point of view skills, intelligence and ethics, values, culture are most important because without a good communication skills leader cannot express any aspect with their team mates which leads to many problems and we know that in many of the projects lack of skills to the leaders that projects were failed. Intelligence is one of the important criterion for the leadership because if the leader was the knowlegeable person and he/she doesn't know when, how and where to use their knowledge leads to problems so that person with good intellegence will be succeded in their given task. Ethis, values, culture are the three aspect that every person should have and should be followed. A leader with these aspects will be proved as a best leader.

2. Aspects that which are mentioned in the blue blocks will be gained from their education or from some other people but when comes to the yellow blocks thise aspects should be aquired by our own understandings.

Blue block aspects are very important for the leader success because every thing will be revolve arround skills, knowledge and experience but sometimes leader doesnot have the yellow block aspects there will be a chance to manage.

Blue block aspects should be gained by our own itself and there will be no chance to acquire from others but yellow block aspects can be gained from other by watching them.

3. According to the definition which was mentioned below effective leadership should have knowledge and intellegence because without the knowledge leader cannot maintain a good relationship with the followers but if he/she had a knowledge by sharing that a good relationship will be build up. This knowldge should be shared with the good intellegence which tells when where to share the acquired knowledge.
