You have been given ample budget to purchase needed distant technologies to keep the team high functioning. Explain how you would work to employ the same OB tactics with a remote team. Organizational behavior is a field of study which investigates the relationship among individual , team and organization itself . Generally, it caters the psychological part of workplace and employees attitude, perception and behavior. In broad way , it deals with leadership and motivation, change management, cultural backgrounds of employees, stress management and emotional management. Even , it will be change with technological and other behavioral change initiated at the workplace.

I will implement OB methods and tactics as follows:

1) I will create a workplace where people will be monitored through digital and web based technology.

2) People, who will have to deal with employees working remotely will be given training in OB fundamentals.

3) I will make team leader to that person who have people and human skills so that no chaos will be there to manage the people.

4) I will make reporting compulsory for each employees through video conferencing or online video calling.

5) I will provide both financial and non financial resources to my employees so that they work with zeal to enhance the productivity.

6) I will provide stress management session to my team members through audio and video platforms.

7) I will give people incentives whenever they will exceed into their performance standard.

Companies like Google , Amazon , IBM etc. are working towards transition in remote workplace setting. Google has employed many people to work from home or remote office across the world. It reduces its cost as well as increase its manpower across the world. Google has employed many people to work with motivation for its data analytics work.
