Q 2. How well the car's performance matches with the information given to you at the time of purchase? a. Higher performance than told b. lower performance than told c. same performance as told
Q 3. Will you reccomend this product to your friend? a. Yes b. No
I would select these questions as all the three questions are fully based on the quality and performance of the car and are simple and clear for customers to answer which will not make them want to skip the survey.

I will include these questions in my survey as though they give multiple choices but the customer will be very clear with his choice of answer and each question will clear the concept of their mind set before after and while purchasing the car. Hence these questions will help in getting a clarity of the customers perception.

I would select these questions in the survey as all three are very clearly important for improving quality of the cars and easy and interesting for the customers to answer.

I will include these questions as these are the basic questions that highlight the performance of the car and its quality and a survey on the same will give a clear picture of how satisfied the customers are with the car quality and its performance.
