The industry in which we are hoping to find a position is automobile industry in India Market. We are more interested to join in automobile organization so that we can match our interest with the work. We are looking for a suitable position in the automobile organization in near future.

The work ethics we will describe as below

We would like to work sincerely for the working time in the organization.

We would like to treat people in the organization in professional manner.

We would like to maintain the people treatment at work as per the organization ethics standards and core values.

We would like to support people and help others who are in need of help or expert opinion.

Creating and maintaining a supporting environment at the work place

We want to act like dependent professional who ensures to fulfill the agreed commitments.

Yes, we do agree for the list of eight things employers look for. This are reasonable good points mentioned in the article and generally employer looks for such things so that they are comfortable with the new employee in the organization and the new employee is also comfortable in the organization can quickly start contributing in the organization.

Skill set suitable for the job profile: Skill set is the essential criteria for hiring the candidate for the given position.   

Education and Experience relevant to the job position: the education and past experience of the candidate is essential for the employer to review before hiring the candidate for the organization.

Opinions on the topic, support your views and statements with logic arguments: the topic looks reasonable good for clarifying the criteria and key things an employer sees in the hiring candidate, so that he candidate is suitable for the organization and organization is suitable for the candidate and the candidate can start contributing in the organization to meet/exceed the his job satisfaction.  

We are OK for the points or things mentioned in the article and these are reasonably looks ok.
