Explanation / Answer
Scope of Work: Manage and facilitate training of personnel. Work involves training using interactive high-level learning content. The trainings will mostly be done on a windows PC with common software such as MS office suite, CRM portal, and SAP ERP system. Location of Work: Location would be at our local office. We will provide and arrange for all necessary equipment (both hardware and software) required for the training sessions. Period of performance: The training will be held on five working days for 4 hours each day in after lunch sessions including any breaks. Billable hours will hence be capped at 20 hours per week. Deliverable Schedule: Trainer is expected to complete all modules of the training session one week ahead of schedule leaving enough time for post training assessments and other exams. Applicable standards: Trainer must have at least 10 years hands on experience with all the software mentioned in (I) Acceptance criteria: We will assess the performance of trainees through our specialized assessment test and expect trainees to pass all queries put forward with ease. Special requirements: Trainer must possess a master’s degree with at least 10 years’ experience in the industry with mentioned software. Might have to travel onsite for onsite trainees. Travel restricted to 2 days a week maximum.
