It is necessary to be persuasive and present the information in an acceptable manner and nuanced explanation. This will help to capture the goals and stimulate the audience in an effective manner.
It is necessary to be convincing and internalize the information effectively to the audience so it is believable and clarity of goals helps to transfer the information.
For example if the audience needs to hear the goal that coke is better than Pepsi then the focus should not be on making the audience head that my personal preference is coke but open their mind to change their perspective.
It is necessary to design an actuation dialogue which focuses on convincing the audience to seek action and believe in the goals.
