Question

Hello this is for my business professionlism class...

Develop a set of guidelines that you will help you navigate ethical dilemmas as you start your career. Companies and professional organizations often establish Codes of Ethical Conduct to guide employees’ actions and decisions. These organizations often find that by going through the process of developing these standards and carefully considering what they want to stand for, ethical awareness is stronger with the organization or the profession. There are many online sources; look up a professional organization or a favorite company to see what they have developed. Here’s a site that might be helpful to you -- http://examples.yourdictionary.com/code-of-ethics-examples.html (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. Also, check out Cowboy Ethics and Leadership.org-- http://cowboyethics.org/cowboy-ethics/. (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. As with all our assignments, this will be turned in, but the value is to you! Consider it thoughtfully. Without Ethical standards and behavior, can you be a professional? Make sure you date this assignment and you do not go over one-page.
