Explanation / Answer

To all the employees, this is the mail regarding some new policies which is to be introduced in our organization. I make sure that you all will definitely follow the new policies. From many days our management strives to start but due to some circumstances from the next week it should be implemented in our organization.

Dress code- From next week our employees should follow some dress code which makes you to look more deserve towards the workplace. Every employee in the organization should maintain the formal dresses if in any cases you unable to wear the formal dress permission should be asked because these are the order came from the higher officials of the organization. Jeans, t-shirts should be strictly prohibited. For women high heels and pencil heels are prohibited they should wear sandals are shoes. For gents it was compulsory to wear the shoe. Every employee in the organization has to display the identification card in the workplace premises.

Usage of the mobile phones- While entering the workplace mobiles should be handed over to the security because management observed that many of the employees are using the mobiles in the working hours that which will makes the disturbance in work. If any emergency you can carry your mobile but unnecessary usage will leads many other circumstances which will affect your job.

In my oral communication I can explain every aspect to the employees by my facial expression and I can also strictly warn them. Many of the employees will change by communicating oral than the written because written messages will be ignored by the many employees. If we engage the employees at one place and give some instructions about the new policy and also warn them if they cross their limits what are the consequences should be faced. According to me oral communication will be better than the written.
