Explanation / Answer

As the new Human Resource Manager I would analyze the compensation packages for employees throughout the world based on the cultural standards and work norms. The standards of incentives and expectations for workinng conditions define the outcome of the employee packages. For example there are different working conditions in Japan and these are completely different from a country like India or United States of America. There are different working conditions and the cultural sensitivity and standards also needs to be taken into account while designing the program. This will help to make sure that the programs are effective. For example a country like India appreciates bonus programs in their employee benefit package. A country like Japan appreciates value given to them as employees and high titles. There are different violations, rules related to overtime and working time. This has to taken into account while designing the packaged.
