To the teams - the stakeholders have changed the scope of the project and hence the milestones of the project are also changed a bit. There have been few challenges which have arisen unexpectedly. All the team members need to revise the objective and the scope again and discuss with the forum about how the current stage of the projects can be modified and changes could be made to achieve the objective of the project. To understand the project better the teams should coordinate with each other more and also the team members within their teams.

Communication is very important factor for a thriving and success of an organization. The successful organizations are one which listen and response quickly and effectively. Effective communication from leadership to membership and vice versa is critical to successfully achieving our objectives. The more is the communication, the more are the chances of improvement and changes as the information will be exchanged and processed in a better way.

Continuous improvement is defined as the measurement of degree of effectiveness of an orgaanization's processes and meet the objectives of the cusstomers and clients.
