Jamika had the negative characteristic that stops her to show the rise of her staff to others as her potential rival for more reputed job in organization. She does not want her subordinates to get recognize to top management as they have talent more than Jamika and does not competencies of her juniors. In case of Victoria, Jamika don’t want management to recognize her skills and abilities.
