Consider a guy who’s trying to lose weight. He Defines the goal is to eliminate 200 calories per day. He Measures and collects his daily meal data. After Analyzing the data, he decides to Improve his meal plan by switching from donuts to bagels. He Controls his weight every day, expecting to lose one pound per month. If it doesn’t work, he will find another way to cut calories. Can you come up with something similar? Something you’ve done, or you’re doing now, or you ought to do? Explain.

Ways to cut calories and lose weight:
The guy can lose weight and maintain his calories level by exercising everyday for a specific hours.Exercises are very good for helath and also they help to reduce calories.So if the guy doesnot lose weight even by changing his meal plan.He has to opt for exercise and walking in early morning everyday.This diet plan plus exercise will surely help him to lose weight.
He should measure the amount of calories intake per day and the amount of calories to be burned by doing exercise.Based on the data collected he should analyse and decide the way of exercising ie either through treadmill,walking,jogging,cycling etc.Then he should have a control on diet and spend some time for exercise
I have followed this diet plus exercising and doing it regulraly to maintain my weight.This practice has helped me inlosing weight and maintain the shape.This also helps us to stay fit and healthy
Meal plan should include lot of proteins and fibres rathen than carbohydrates,sugary items etc.Carbohydrates intake should be reduced.Sugared items should be avoided.Lot of green vegetables and fresh fruits should be included in the meal plan.All these has helped me in losing wieght faster and maintain it.
